Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing time frame, regardless of the shipping option selected.  Our goal is to ship orders received before 12:00PM Central Standard Time the same day.   Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during our normal business schedule.  Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CST, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday.  21st Century Smoke® closes for the below holidays:

Depending on which day some of these holidays fall we may close for additional days.  Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped the next business day.  Please keep in mind if that day is a Thursday and/or Friday, the next business day would be the following Monday.   If you have questions regarding the above information please email us at customerservice@21stcenturysmoke.com.

Orders over $25.00 ship for free!  Free Freight only applies to orders in the 48 contiguous states.  Additional charges apply to orders in Alaska & Hawaii.

Orders under $25.00 and orders shipped using one of our expedited shipping methods within the continental United States will be charged freight.  Freight charges for Ground and Expedited Methods less than 5 pounds (the majority of orders) are the following:

  1. UPS/USPS [5-10 days] - $8.50
  2. UPS Ground – $11.00
  3. UPS 3 Day Select - $16.00
  4. UPS 2 Day - $20.00
  5. UPS Next Day Regular - $36.50

In order to ship merchandise to you we must have a physical address.  We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Alaska and Hawaii

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must ship their orders via UPS Red.  Special Shipping Charges will apply for orders of more than $40.00.


Carriers

Currently we only ship merchandise with United Parcel Service (UPS).


International Shipments

21st Century Smoke® does not ship orders internationally, APO, and FPO.


Back Orders

In the rare instances where 21st Century Smoke® is out of stock we will contact you before shipping your order.


Order Tracking

If you would like a tracking number for your shipment please state that in the notes section when placing your order.  Otherwise you can contact us via phone or email.

 

21st Century Smoke® reserves the right to make changes to the above shipping charges at any time and without notice.  Shipping charges are shown at the time of purchase, should be confirmed at that time, and are the correct charges regardless of the prices shown anywhere else on our website.
